Our Recruitment Process

Across all our teams, we follow a structured process designed to match the right candidates with the right clients.

1. Candidate Search and Job Posting

When we receive a mandate for a specific role, our specialists search our extensive candidate database and leverage platforms where candidates actively advertise their availability.
Job postings are not only published on standard platforms such as LinkedIn, Total Jobs, and CV-Library, but are also supported with video advertisements and promoted on Google, ensuring we reach the most suitable candidates.

2. Application Management

All applications are directed into our specialised CRM. At this stage, Leah Bray manages all registrations and ensures that only the most relevant candidates remain on our system. Once filtered, applications are passed on to our consultants, who then carry out the detailed screening and assessment process.

3. Assignment to a Recruitment Consultant

Qualified candidates are then assigned to an account manager and a dedicated recruitment consultant who manages the process on behalf of the client.

4. Experience Verification and Predisposition Testing

The consultant conducts a thorough review of the candidate’s experience, including an initial interview and a brief psychometric test. This helps us determine which roles the candidate is best suited for.

5. CV Support

We assist candidates in refining their CVs, highlighting the most relevant information for the client and making the recruitment process as efficient as possible.

6. Client Meetings

We arrange meetings with the client, usually online. Some clients prefer face-to-face meetings from the start, which can significantly speed up decision-making and increase a candidate’s chances of securing a role quickly.

7. Negotiation and Alignment

Throughout the process, we ensure that candidates’ expectations align with client capabilities, including salary, benefits, and working conditions. We also help negotiate employment terms and provide guidance for a smooth transition from a current role to a new position.

8. Job Offer and Smooth Onboarding

Once interviews are successful, candidates receive a clear job offer with a defined start date. We strive to make transitions seamless – from negotiating notice periods to advising on leaving a previous employer professionally and maintaining positive relationships.
