Hi, I’m Tyler. I’m a recruitment consultant specialising in the KBB industry, a journey I began in April 2025 and have loved from day one. What I enjoy most is getting to know people, really understanding a client’s needs, guiding candidates through the process, and sharing in their excitement when they secure a role that feels like the perfect fit. There’s something deeply rewarding about being part of that journey on both sides: helping businesses find the right talent while supporting individuals as they take the next step in their careers.

Before moving into recruitment, I worked as a Kitchen Designer, which gave me a strong grounding in the KBB sector, from products and trends to what truly matters to clients. Transitioning into recruitment felt like a natural step, allowing me to use my industry insight in a new way. In many respects, it’s a similar skillset – creativity, problem-solving, and a genuine focus on people.

Whether I’m helping someone design their dream kitchen or secure their dream job, seeing that moment of happiness and achievement is what makes this work so meaningful. For me, recruitment isn’t just about matching CVs to roles; it’s about relationships, understanding people, and making a positive difference to clients’ businesses and candidates’ lives.
