Location: Surrey

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Flexible for the right candidate) + Uncapped Commission

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Tuesday - Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 4pm)

About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to design and sell premium bespoke kitchens from concept through to completion. Working within a luxury showroom environment, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their kitchen journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and selling high-end bespoke kitchens.
• Managing projects from initial consultation through to completion.
• Reading and interpreting architect plans and technical drawings.
• Greeting and assisting customers within the showroom.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifying opportunities to maximise sales through cross-selling and add-on products.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues whilst also managing your own workload effectively.
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the design and sales process.

Requirements / Skills:

• Previous experience designing and selling kitchens within a showroom environment.
• Experience with luxury, bespoke, German and/or British kitchens would be highly advantageous.
• Ideally experienced using Compusoft Winner design software.
• Self-motivated, proactive and highly organised.
• Able to work independently and use your own initiative.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Commercially minded with a passion for delivering results.
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
