Bench Joiner
Job Title: Bench Joiner – Joinery
Location: South London
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Manufacture bespoke joinery items including cabinetry, doors, frames, and fitted furniture.

Ensure excellent preparation and build quality to achieve high-end finishes.

Interpret and work from detailed technical and workshop drawings.

Use a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.

Assemble and fit components accurately in the workshop.

Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, quality control, and attention to detail.

Work collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production deadlines.

Proven experience as a Bench Joiner within a bespoke joinery environment.

Strong background in high-quality joinery and premium finishes.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

Confident using a variety of workshop machinery and hand tools.

Good time management and ability to work to deadlines.
Desirable

Experience working on high-end residential or commercial projects.

Knowledge of different timber materials and joinery methods.

NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent in Joinery or Carpentry.

Competitive salary of £38,000 – £45,000.
