Salary: £25,000 – £40,000 per year + Commission

About the Role
Step into a unique opportunity to design and deliver bespoke luxury interiors for discerning clients. This role offers complete ownership of the customer journey, from initial consultation to the final installation, across high-end kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Previous experience in luxury interior design is ideal, and comprehensive training will broaden your skills across multiple design disciplines.
What You’ll Do:
Create stunning, tailored interior designs that combine style and functionality
Provide a first-class, results-driven design experience for a sophisticated clientele
Present concepts and guide clients through selections of premium products, finishes, and bespoke options
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage
Collaborate with surveyors, suppliers, and skilled installers to deliver flawless outcomes
Work with prestigious brands and occasionally travel to source inspiration from leading international manufacturers
Who You Are:
At least 2 years’ experience in kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom design (essential)
Proven ability to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional client service
Creative, detail-oriented, and in tune with contemporary design trends
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently
Full UK driving licence and flexible regarding client visits
