Regional Sales Manager

Location: Southwest England & South Wales

Employment Type: Full-Time

Package: £35-45k Basic (DOE) + Up to 50% Bonus.

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a well-established and highly successful manufacturer and supplier of roofing systems. Our client’s reputation-led company is built on service, trust, and customer loyalty. They’re growing their dynamic sales team and are currently seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to help lead the charge. We’re after someone who’s resilient, proactive, and passionate — with the energy and determination to drive results.

The Opportunity

This is a key role for an ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact. Your focus will be:

·         Strengthening our client’s position in the local market

·         Developing new business opportunities across the wider region

·         Promoting and increasing sales of newly launched products

·         Collaborating with a lively, experienced sales team and senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

·         A solid background in sales, ideally within construction or building materials

·         Great interpersonal skills and a talent for building lasting relationships

·         A self-starter with excellent planning and organisational abilities

·         Proven ability to hit and exceed targets

·         Confident using technology, with a full UK driving licence

·         Experience in the roofing or cladding industry preferred

·         Familiarity with construction sector products

·         IT Literate

·         Marketing know-how

·         Ability to interpret technical product data and understand compliance needs
