Hours: Full time
Salary: Up to around £27,000 + Generous Bonus
Location: East Sussex
 
Simon Acres Group is working on behalf of our client to find a talented and sales-driven Showroom Consultant to join their team.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual passionate about bathroom design to help customers bring their dream spaces to life!
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new and existing customers, understanding their needs to create tailored design solutions.
  • Support the Showroom Manager with designs and consultations.
  • Work towards individual targets to drive sales performance.
  • Utilise strong sales techniques and product knowledge to maximise opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless design journey from concept to completion.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the Kitchen/ Bedroom/ Bathroom industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement and relationship building.
  • A creative mindset with an eye for detail in design.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
