Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a luxury German showroom based in Kent, who are looking for a Kitchen Designer.

This is a permanent position paying a basic of £30,000 basic, plus uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE),

They are looking for an immaculately presented professional with good communication skills to join this luxury brand.

The Role:

• Meeting clients in the showroom and offering the highest levels of customer service.
• Designing kitchens using Computsoft Winner CAD Software and presenting to the client.
• Understanding the clients requirements and budges and offering solutions from a wide range of products.
• Managing each project from start to completion, overseeing the installation process, and conducting onsite surveys.
• Monday – Wednesday & Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. Thursday 9.00pm to 7.00pm. Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm. Working a Saturday on a rota basis with 1 day off in the week.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced Kitchen Designer with German Kitchen experience.
• Experienced in using Compusoft Winner CAD software.
• Strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Hungry and driven to follow up leads.
• High attention to detail, professional with an excellent sales acumen.
• Must be personable and able to build a strong rapport with clients along with the skills to close a sale.
• Proven track record in kitchen design and able to provide examples of own design work.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
