HGV Class 2 Driver - Remote Crane

Simon Acres Group have partnered with one of the largest independent builders’ merchants in the South East and are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their North London branch.
 
Full time, permanent role, paying £40,000 - £44,000 (depending on experience)
 
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 15:00
Saturday: 07:00 - 11:00 (on a rota basis)
 
Key responsibilities:

    • Safely delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.

    • Ensuring all health & safety and vehicle compliance regulations are followed.

    • Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.

    • Assisting with loading and unloading materials as required.

    • Maintaining accurate delivery records and adhering to company policies.

 

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.

  • CPC card and Digital Tacho.

  • Proven experience as an HGV Driver.

  • Remote crane certification.

  • Strong knowledge of road safety and transport regulations.

  • A professional and customer-focused attitude.

  • Good physical fitness due to manual handling duties.
