We are working with a well-established luxury interiors company to recruit an Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven individual to play a key role in shaping the digital strategy and online presence of a rapidly growing business.

The Role

This dynamic position requires a highly organised, confident, and self-motivated candidate who is passionate about ecommerce and digital marketing. The successful candidate will oversee and drive digital performance, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver outstanding results.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking digital and web strategy.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and bounce rates.
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to create SEO-optimised content, including blogs and website updates.
  • Oversee digital merchandising on Shopify-powered websites, ensuring accuracy in product data, imagery, and copy.
  • Liaise with purchasing teams on product information, stock levels, and discontinuations.
  • Review and optimise website content such as FAQs, operational updates, and careers pages.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute key campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all content.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, delivering actionable insights to optimise performance.
  • Benchmark website performance against competitors and enhance UX.
  • Support paid marketing initiatives alongside internal teams and external partners.

 

About You

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in ecommerce or digital marketing roles.
  • People management experience (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and strategies.
  • Experience with Shopify (highly desirable).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Work Arrangements
