Position: Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist

Location: Scarborough
Salary: £35,000 per annum, plus Bonus 

Opportunity:

We are delighted to be recruiting again for one of the leading merchants in the industry.  They are seeking an experienced Plumbing and Heating Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving sales of their extensive range of plumbing and heating products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote the full range of plumbing and heating products.
• Provide accurate quotations to customers.
• Assist with purchasing materials and managing stock levels for the category.
• Engage with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, delivering outstanding customer service and sound product advice.
• Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of plumbing, heating products, and renewables.
• Ensure accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales within a plumbing and heating merchant or builders' merchant environment.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient in computer skills.
