Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales and margins
• Build strong customer relationships, both in person and over the phone
• Follow company procedures and use correct documentation
• Ensure polite and efficient customer service
• Provide product advice and support to customers and colleagues
• Drive sales using effective selling techniques, including quotations and promotional selling
• Work with the Plumbing and Heating Manager for consistent practices
• Efficiently price and follow up on inquiries and quotations
• Support external sales efforts and handle customer orders and deliveries
• Monitor customer credit limits and payments, liaising with management as needed
• Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends
• Handle payments, returns, and customer complaints according to company policy
