Simon Acres Recruitment are excited to be working with a very well-established kitchen manufacturer who are seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer.

This is a permanent position paying £25,000 - £30,000 p/a + Team Bonus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Designing Kitchens using CAD software.
• Dealing with prospective and existing clients in person and via telephone.
• To effectively communicate with builders and the end user, amending plans as required.
• Converting leads into sales and achieving sales targets.
• Producing quotes taking into account customer design constraints.
• Site survey visits to measure and gather relevant information.
• Understanding the customer's brief and turning into reality, exceeding all expectations.
• Meeting personal and branch KPI’s.
• To assist with any other reasonable request in order to fulfil the requirements of the business and smooth operation of the branch.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full driving licence with own car is essential to be able to carry out customer visits.
• Sales experience (minimum 6 months).
• Strong and proven track record of sales.
• Previous design (CAD) experience is preferred but not essential.
• Self-motivated, ambitious and driven.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• High attention to detail, professional with an excellent sales acumen.

44hr working week (no Sundays)
