Area Sales Manager - Heavy Plant Hire

KBB recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a flourishing Plant Hire company to find them a Area Sales Manager in London.

This is a full-time permanent position paying £50,000 plus 10K for every 1MIL sold, pick up truck, phone and laptop

This position requires someone from the Plant Hire Industry. With vast knowledge of large plant hire equipment, vehicles, and clientele within the industry.

Responsibilities for the Area Sales Manager:

• Actively develop profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Visiting existing client sites and following up new enquiries.
   
• Scheduling and attending customer meetings at an early stage to ensure a thorough understanding of their projects and to work with them to identify potential solutions.
   
• Meeting all agreed customer KPI’s to their complete satisfaction.
   
• Have a proven track record of winning new profitable business within the Plant Hire sector.
   
• You will be a natural negotiator and will increase spend with existing/lapsed clients while generating new business.

The ideal Candidate:

• Have a proven sales background within the Plant Hire industry.
   
• Have brilliant communication skills.
   
• Be able to manage your own diary to ensure time is managed effectively.
   
• Have the hunger and drive to grow and develop within a flourishing company.
