Area Sales Manager

KBB Recruitment are working with a reputable and innovative manufacturer specialising in kitchen components, known for their high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join their team and cover the North of the UK.

This is a full time permanent position, paying at £40,000 - £45,000 DOE +bonus, Hybrid Car, Fuel, Phone, Laptop, Expenses and private medical. 

As an Area Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales and build strong relationships with kitchen manufacturers & retailers.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within your region

·         Identify and engage with potential customers, including kitchen manufacturers, dealers, and distributors, to build and expand the customer base

·         Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to promote the range of products

·         Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

·         Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities

·         Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and other local departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

·         In addition to strengthening existing relationships, you will use your technical and market expertise to support the sales team in winning new business

Ideal Candidate will have:

·         Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within the KBB industry or related sectors

·         Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

·         Strong networking and relationship-building skills

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

·         Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment

·         Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

·         Willingness to travel extensively within the North UK region
